Jogi Gundi
Situated roughly about 3 kilometers from Agumbe on the way to Barkana is a small pond called Jogi Gundi. This pond is the origin of the river Malapahaari; which is a tributary of river Tunga. The water to the pond makes its way through a cave around 30-50 ft deep. The cave is like a natural water cooler and is carved by the flowing water for many years. The name for this pond is derived after a saint (Jogi) who used to meditate at this location.
